The command line parameters for the webkits are different than for the fixpacks.

You should add the command line option "/a". This tells the webkit package to pass the other command line arguements thru.

lotus_notes852_win_en /a /S /v"/qb+"

lotus_notes852_win_en /a /s /v"ALLUSERS=1 TRANSFORMS=LotusNotes851.mst /qb+!"

Here's some help on the webkit command lines http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/domhelp/v8r0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.help.domino.admin.doc/DOC/H_RUNNING_A_SILENT_UPGRADE_USING_OPTIONAL_ARGUMENTS_STEPS.html

If that doesn't resolve your issue feel free to send the LotusInstall.log file from the installing user's My Documents directory to zamfir at us.ibm.com and I'll take a look at them.
